Law Retirement Plan

The Law Retirement Plan is a defined contribution superannuation scheme, registered with the Government Actuary, and established in 1971.

The Law Retirement Plan was developed by the legal profession for the legal profession and associated persons.  The plan is now open to all New Zealanders.  Click here if you want to access the KiwiSaver option.

Assignment of Benefits

  1. The Trust Deed has recently been modified to allow members to assign the benefits of their membership of the Law Retirement Plan. 
  2. We can provide simple documentation for members to apply to assign benefits to family trusts and the like.
